History
On May 29, 2014 in the Ceremonial Hall Tutrakan opened an Art Gallery. There are works of art from 1985 to 2017 exhibited. Paintings of professors from the Arts Faculty of "St. Cyril and Methodius" University and their students, also paintings of famous Bulgarian and foreign artists.
